Talent Acquisition
My interview experience was great. The hiring manager really took the time to get to know me personally and understand my motivations to make sure the role was a good fit for me and my career goals. When I got my offer, my leader extended it to both me and my wife, which was a really nice touch! Everyone I met throughout the interview process was super dedicated to the mission here, and I was excited about the idea of working with a team that's driven by its mission and values. The leadership team is made up of amazing people who have strong morals and are also experts in their fields with a history of great achievements.

Customer Success Manager
The interview process was pretty straightforward from the beginning. First was a screening call, next was an interview with the TL, next with the director and final was meant to be with the CEO. I made it through 3 rounds of interviews, some taking place very late in the day and then was ghosted by the recruiter when scheduling the final interview my interview with the director. No explanation. I was suppose to have a final interview with the CEO. I was given false times to attend the interview and then was never sent a link or number to phone into for that final interview. I straightforwardly asked if the position was closed and was given a vauge response that I would hear back soon. Well I still haven't heard back months later, nor have the referrals I sent to the recruitment team when they were told they would be hearing back from the Belong team to schedule their next interviews. Belong wastes candidates time and is a company that ghosts employees.

Senior Mobile Developer
The technical process was in several stages, each with a different difficulty level. In these stages, you are presented with a technical exercise to solve on the spot, and questions arise based on your approach to the solution. The operations stages are aimed at understanding your interest in the product and your past similar experiences. Overall, the process was quite dynamic and pleasant. Everyone was friendly and transparent about each stage of the process and the next steps.
- Technical exercises and questions oriented towards problem-solving within the exercise.
- Regarding the product: what attracts you to working with us?
- Regarding the product: what interests you about our company and our product?
Software Engineer
It was a really cool process and interviews. Not going to lie, it's a long process with many steps. However, I liked it. There's a conversation with the HR team, then a technical assessment. After that, there are 4 interviews with other engineers and leaders to talk about your background, your skills, how you work in your day-to-day and technical questions. The HR team, especially the recruiter, was very helpful, being transparent and concerned about me and my feedback.

- Can you describe your approach to database modeling?
