Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bell.
Sales Consultant
I had a really unprofessional experience interviewing here. The manager made me wait for 3 hours in a corner without even an apology, and then the interview itself was only about 5 minutes long. This is terrible because if you set an interview time, you should respect the candidate's time, and being busy isn't a good excuse for this kind of treatment. They should at least offer water, a seat, or apologize.
- Can you tell me about your sales experience?
Sales Specialist
It was a seamless experience. Some challenging questions to understand the skill level but not too difficult. Be prepared to show your work ethic and positive energy during the interview.
- How do you handle objections in a fast-paced environment?
Sales Consultant
This interview happened at a job fair at the new comers center in Mississauga. They said that prior experience wasn't a big deal. They collected resumes during the interview. I did good in the first one on one interview but then they sent me an email asking me to do another interview. This was a video interview, which I found tough since it was my first time doing one. They let us practice one question beforehand. The video interview had 5 questions.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Can you tell us about your previous job?
- What skills do you think you need to improve on?
