Behavioral Technical

It was a really chill interview. Just back and forth questions. The interviewer was even open to learning from me. They started with some behavioral questions, then moved on to technical ones to check my general ML knowledge.

Technical Coding Behavioral Presentation

The interview process included a phone screening, a video questionnaire, a machine learning test, and a first in-person interview. They really liked my solution for the analytics test, which was a predictive model for agent attrition. I got invited to the final in-person interview and even had a salary negotiation call. However, about five hours before the final interview, the main hiring manager called to say the role had been eliminated due to financial issues. It was disappointing, especially given the disorganization of such a large company.

So Bell first sent me a video interview to record myself. After that, they called me for like an hour interview. About an hour before, they sent over a coding/data science test with some SQL or Excel stuff, since that's what I applied for. During the interview, we talked about my code and answers, and they asked some follow-up questions about business insights or the concepts.
