I applied online and got an email for an online group interview. The group interview was an hour long, covering the company, the job, and expectations. Then, I was individually interviewed by one or more recruiters. After that, it was conditional on passing a physical, criminal record, and vaccine check. The physical assessment involved wearing safety boots, climbing a 28ft ladder with safety gear, lifting boxes, matching wire colors, and a driving test. I received the final job offer via email after passing all checks.

Behavioral Technical

I filled out the online application and a few days later, I got an email from a recruiter inviting me to a video interview. This video interview is straightforward, as long as you have a working internet connection, a webcam, and a microphone. It's easiest to do it from a laptop. There were 6 questions in the video interview, and they were all average difficulty. You get a short time to read the question, like 1 minute or 30 seconds, and you can think about your answer while reading. Then you have between 1 minute and 1 minute 45 seconds to answer, depending on the question. I submitted my interview today, so I'm waiting to hear if I'll be invited to the next stage of the hiring process.

It was a one on one interview. They mostly checked if I could speak and understand English. They reviewed my resume and asked about my technical background. There was a color identification test for wires. They also asked if I had a driver's license and then we did a quick drive around the block.
