I was invited to a Teams meeting. When I joined, it said an AI joined the room. The AI then backed out after saying, 'Let me try again,' and then canceled the meeting altogether. I'm not sure what happened.

Behavioral Technical

I found the job on the company website and applied. Then I had two online interviews over Microsoft Teams because of Covid-19. The first one was with HR, and it was pretty good, with standard interview questions and some technical ones. The second interview was also online with upper management and HR. I had some standard interview questions again, along with more technical questions. My advice: if you don't know the answer to a technical question, just say so, but explain how you'd find the answer.

I had a phone interview with my IT recruiter where they asked me some basic IT scenario questions. After that, I was offered an on-site interview with the service desk supervisor and the operations manager. The on-site interview was very relaxed and felt more like a conversation than a tough interview. After finishing the interview, I was taken to a terminal for a skills assessment. It included some IT-related questions, but mostly problem-solving questions. I was told I'd hear back from my recruiter. As for the interviewers, I really liked the vision they shared for their business. I also think it would be a great starting point for someone trying to break into the IT industry.
