First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bell Techlogix.
Deskside Support Engineer
I applied online and after my resume was submitted, the process took about two weeks. This interview was supposed to happen in February 2025. I showed up early for it, but the person I was supposed to meet didn't arrive. After waiting 15 minutes past the scheduled time, I decided to leave.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Service Desk Analyst
I found the job on the company website and applied. Then I had two online interviews over Microsoft Teams because of Covid-19. The first one was with HR, and it was pretty good, with standard interview questions and some technical ones. The second interview was also online with upper management and HR. I had some standard interview questions again, along with more technical questions. My advice: if you don't know the answer to a technical question, just say so, but explain how you'd find the answer.
- If a user reports they are unable to print, what would be your troubleshooting process?
- When a user calls saying they can't print, how would you help them?
- What steps would you take to resolve a user's inability to print?
Business Development Manager
My experience with Bell Techlogix followed a pretty standard interview process. It started with a phone call from the recruiter who reached out to me. Then, I had a second phone interview with the VP, who was really open and friendly about the company. After that, I had an in-person interview where I met with several executives, including the President. I also asked to chat with someone currently in the role I applied for, which they were happy to set up. I had a good conversation with the RBDM, and she was very upfront about the good and bad aspects of working at the company.
- What questions would you anticipate for a business development role?
Helpdesk Manager
I was first messaged on Linkedin about a management position with the company. I showed interest and had an initial screening interview. The interviewer seemed to like me and I was invited to a second "technical" interview with two current managers. After that, I didn't hear anything for a week. I emailed the recruiter to thank them for their time and ask for an update. I never got a response back.
- Can you describe your current management role and responsibilities?
- How do you manage remote employees?
- What are your responsibilities in your current management role?
