The recruiter rescheduled the interview 5-10 minutes before it was supposed to happen. This happened two more times, which was pretty frustrating. Finally, the interview went ahead, and it seemed to go well. I followed up via email a few times but never heard back, not even a rejection.

I applied online in October and heard back from a recruiter about 7 days later. The process involved 3 phone interviews followed by 2 in-person interviews. Although everyone was friendly, I received a rejection in January after being told in previous interviews that they were 'overly impressed.' Despite the outcome, I found it to be a great company and enjoyed the experience.
