Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Belkin.
Intern
It was a casual interview with a product manager. They asked questions about how well you can communicate user experience with apps and devices. It's important to know what kind of internship experience you're looking for so they can match you to a role. Since most work is done in teams, this helps with the matching process.
- What apps do you use every day?
Intern
The interview process was pretty tough especially since it's for a competitive internship. You should really have solid references and a good GPA if you want to land a spot. It's already challenging to find a paid internship, and Belkin is looking for top talent for their intern program.
- Can you tell me about your strengths?
Intern
I applied online and heard back for an interview about two weeks later. I went to the Playa Vista headquarters for it, and it went pretty well. It was mainly behavioral questions, asking me to talk more about what I've done before. There were no technical questions.
- Can you describe the tasks you handled in your previous roles and explain how they relate to this internship opportunity?
