It started with a 15-min HR call, mostly a briefing about the job. Then, there was a 1-hour Technical round. Although the role was advertised as an engineering position, the interview seemed geared towards market benchmarking and solution consulting.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, there was a 30-minute 1-on-1 interview with some basic questions. Then, a second round was a 1-hour interview with three interviewers, where they asked a lot of behavioral questions. Everyone I talked to was really nice and open, and they made sure to leave plenty of time for me to ask my own questions.

There were two behavioral interviews. One was one-on-one, and the other was with two staff members. It was a very standard interview process. The people were very helpful and engaging. After the second interview it took about two weeks to hear about a potential offer.
