First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Belcan.
Recruiter
Got referred by the account manager. Had a chat with the VP, then a meet and greet with a Sr. VP. Both times they asked behavioral stuff and a lot about my recruiting process and sourcing skills.
- Can you describe the most challenging role you've ever recruited for and outline the steps you took to fill it?
Recruitment Manager
First, there was a laid-back phone chat. Then, a more official in-person interview that lasted about 2 hours with both the HR Manager and the Line Manager. We had a really good connection. Feedback after the interview was great, but they didn't end up offering me that specific job.
- Can you walk me through your career path?
- What's your expertise in this field?
Technical Recruiter
The interview process was pretty relaxed. There was a personality test that I had to take, but it didn't seem unusual. I first spoke with the manager I would report to directly, and then I met with the regional manager. Both seemed like good people, though I heard the regional manager isn't there anymore.
- In terms of how long you plan to stay in this role, what are your expectations?
