It was a virtual round with one interviewer. We started with introductions, and then I had to solve 4 PySpark problems one by one. The difficulty was average, mostly focused on problem-solving and critical thinking. I was given enough time to think things through.

The interview process involved two rounds, including a "mega day" with five interviewers and some technical questions. The entire interview was conducted over Zoom. The interviewers were friendly and supportive. The focus was primarily on data analysis, specifically identifying errors in data and graphs.

It's pretty standard for consulting interviews, but there's an extra part where you have to solve a problem to show you're detail-oriented. No actual case interviews, mostly just behavioral stuff. There were multiple rounds, and then a virtual super-day.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation
The interview process was entirely online for their Pune team. It consisted of 4 rounds. First, a 30-minute call with an Associate Principal to discuss the role and my career goals. Second, a 1-hour technical interview with a manager. Third, a 1-hour session covering business and tech aspects with an Associate Principal. The final round was with the Country Head. I felt my previous experience was a great match for this role and I was excited about the possibility of joining Beghou Consulting. Rounds 1, 2, and 3 were completed within 10 days. However, after that, there was a period of no communication before they contacted me again for the final round, which was 15 days later. I had to reschedule the fourth round a few times. After this round, they went silent again. It's been over a month with no updates. Very unprofessional conduct.
