First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BEES.
Senior Developer
The interview was relaxed. First, I spoke with HR, and part of that was in English. Then, I had a technical interview with the team where they asked about my experience, my knowledge, the technologies I've worked with, and some theoretical questions about how I would solve two problems. The questions were simple and direct.
- How would you approach a performance problem in an application?
Software Engineer
I started with an HR phone screen. Next was a chat with the hiring manager. Then, I had two 1-hour coding interviews with different engineers. I got ghosted after these 3 rounds. It was a pretty negative and disorganized experience overall. Three recruiters were involved, and a different one contacted me after each round. One recruiter sent the wrong Zoom link for the hiring manager interview, causing a reschedule. Another coding interview was postponed by a week just 30 minutes before it was supposed to start. The interviewers seemed bored and uninterested, like they just wanted to finish. It didn't feel like a fun team environment. Getting ghosted after 3 rounds felt fitting given the whole process.
- Can you solve Leetcode medium problems, like #322?
- How would you approach problems involving strings?
- What are your thoughts on using hashmaps?
Software Engineer
Entrevista com RH e outra com gestores, o processo não foi tão rápido o quanto esperado mas foi transparente, tendo total cuidado com o feedback também para os que não passaram no processo seletivo.
