After a phone interview, I had an all-day interview that consisted of meeting with five different employees, ranging from Buyers to DMM's. The individual buyer senses were weird as most buyers just complained or talked too much about their own specific position rather than the general duties.

Applied online. Then if they like your application an HR person schedules a phone interview with you. After this you schedule a time to come into their corporate offices in Union, NJ. Then you interview with different departments/brands that have openings. I had 6 1-1 interviews back to back with almost no break. Each person had a different personality and asked for the most part similar questions. I had 2 great interviews while the other people were very rude and condescending either in the way they asked questions or answering back to my responses. As the day went on I did not want to work for the company based on these interviews. The HR checks back with you at the end of the interviews. They send you a rejection letter in the mail if they do not want to continue with you.

They were pretty quick to respond to my application. They gave clear directions on how to get to the interview location. What they didn't tell me was how long the whole thing would take, and I ended up being there for three hours. Each person I spoke with had my schedule, but none of them took the time to brief me on who they were. It was kind of awkward because I was almost late for another interview. I really didn't like that. I spent a lot of time just sitting around waiting for each interviewer, and they all asked me the exact same questions.
