I came in for an in person interview, it was about 30 mins. They asked about my previous experience and for me to rundown my resume. Then they asked scenario based questions, like what would you do if x happened, and how my previous experience related. I got a call with a job offer within 1-2 weeks and orientation started soon after.

I interviewed with two people, the store manager and an assistant store manager. They asked pretty much the same questions. It was a pretty chill vibe, they were both nice. I also had to fill out a paper application there, even though I already did the online one.

  • Can you share a weakness of yours and describe the steps you've taken to address it?
