Operations Manager
I first spoke with the District Manager. We talked about my current job responsibilities, new skills I've gained, and skills I've developed and put into practice. We also discussed how to motivate employees for better productivity, challenges I've encountered and how I handled them, budgeting issues, employee requests, the hiring process, database organization, and training.

- How would you approach critical thinking problems?

The phone interview seemed to go okay, mostly asking about what I knew about the company. They emailed me back pretty quickly with a rejection.
- What makes you want to join this company?
Operations Manager
