Call Center Representative
So I hope this is helpful because when I was getting ready for this interview I couldn’t find much about how the interview process is for the call center. But the interview process is long. Definitely plan on being there for about 2 hours if they like you. So when I first got there I met with a recruiter she asked me some basic questions about my background and also went over the job. She was really nice and it was a laid back environment. So she liked my answer so she passed me along to a hiring manager she was really nice she asked behavioral questions and more questions about my background. So she told me she was going to get the recruiter so I’m thinking they were going to tell me to leave and they would get back with me. That was not the case I had to take 2 assessment test which were pretty simple. So after I completed those she came in and told me I had got the job. I was hoping I did after all that lol. But it was worth it.
- How would you handle an irate customer?
Customer Service Representative
I put in my application online and then got an email telling me to come into the store for an interview. When I arrived, I met with a manager right away. She asked some basic stuff about my previous job, when I can work, and made sure I knew it was only part-time hours. After that, she set up an interview with the main store manager. The day of that interview, the manager couldn't make it, so I ended up talking to a different store manager instead. The interview questions were pretty straightforward, though maybe a bit rambling. I felt pretty good about it afterwards and was told they'd call within two days.
- Do you have flexibility in your schedule?
- Is climbing a 12ft ladder something you can do?
- Given that we focus on safety in our store, would you be ready to adhere to safety rules?
Customer Service Associate
The best way to get an interview is by filling an application. After you finish, you should ask a manager to review it. The reason why is because when you handed your application to cashier. They usually stock the application somewhere the manager usually don't look for them. Therefore, if you want you getting the level to go up you must take the extra steps to talk and give your application to a manager.
