I applied online on snagajob.com and a few days later got a call to come in and do a paper application, which was standard stuff with my work history, education, and availability. Right after that, they asked me to wait for an interview. The interviewer talked a bit about the company and asked about my work history. Then I waited again for a second interviewer who asked me the same questions. They called my references shortly after I left and I got an offer immediately after that.

There were two in-person interviews. One was with the Customer Service Manager and the other was with the Store Manager. Both were easy interviews. If you can be happy and excited when you talk and show you're interested in the company and tell them you love their store, it's a breeze.

I handed my application to the MOD and answered some quick questions about my motivation for the job. Then I got a call to set up an interview. I had back-to-back interviews with the department manager and then the store manager. After 3 days of training, I became an associate.
