I had an initial phone interview and then an interview with the Area Service Manager. I had well more than the education required (Bachelor degree but had a Master degree), direct experience (17 years but was asking for 5) as well as met all other requirements and have worked in the industry for 17 years. I even lived in the town that the job was listed as the perfect location. I quickly saw that this company appears to be trying to be too politically correct and too culturally diverse in regards to placing emphasis on hiring folks based on criteria they are born with or chose to become rather than experience, education and ability. It's a shame but activism has taken over corporate America. These are my observations and opinions regarding the process and is on line with reviews on Glassdoor. Everyone should be considered equally regardless of any of these efforts to become more diverse. I am married to a Mexican that was a National until I brought her to America and its a shame that companies are using criteria that have nothing to do with skill set and ability to fill these roles.

the hiring process was smooth overall, starting with an HR call, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, and then an office tour. Finally, there was an interview with the HR manager. I felt the feedback process could have been better; after the entire interview process, I was hoping for more substantial feedback from the recruitment team.

The interview process was quite straightforward, involving a few local rounds and one overseas round. There was also an online test to gauge personality and aptitude. Everyone was very pleasant, and it felt more like a discussion than a formal interview.
