I met some company people at a college career fair back in October and gave them my resume. Then in March, they emailed me to set up a phone interview. After that, I did the phone interview, and a week later, they called me for a 1:1 interview and a tour of the facilities. I did some research on the company before both interviews, and the interviewers liked that I knew about them. The facilities were really nice, the Indianapolis place just moved into a new building. Everyone was really friendly and answered all my questions. A few days after the interview and tour, I got a job offer over the phone and took it.
