The process isn't too hard, but they only hire one student, which I don't like. There are basically three rounds. First, you have to qualify the interview round. If you pass that, then there's an HR round. And even if you pass the HR round, they add another round, which is online. I failed that online round and I'm really heartbroken because I was so close to getting this job. I really wanted to work in the biomedical sector, but I don't know what happened, maybe there was partiality? My interview went well, and I answered honestly, but I'm still rejected. I can't describe how I'm feeling. If I had been disqualified in the initial technical interview, I wouldn't be as sad, but now I'm just wondering what went wrong. I can't understand. If they were looking for a specific type of candidate from the start, they shouldn't have conducted these rounds. I think they shouldn't do this to anyone because it really hurts when you're capable and really want to get into the healthcare sector but can't get the job because one person who interviewed me online didn't like me or something. I'm really frustrated right now because I really wanted the job and have always been interested in biology. I know life goes on and everything happens for a reason, but when you give your best, and the company only wants to choose one person, they should just do it after the HR round. Why do they need a final round? Honestly, I don't like their process. I think they are doing the wrong thing.

After the phone interview with the Talent Acquisition Team I have had a phone interview with the hiring manager and another person from the department. The next step was a face to face interview with the hiring manager and the other person.

Behavioral Technical

It was a very long and drawn out process. I met with multiple people, and the whole thing took about six months. The position requires a lot of time commitment, so there was a lot of discussion around the fact that there are no set hours and that you'd be living by a beeper. Questions were targeted to find out if you had a good support system at home that allowed for this type of work schedule.
