Behavioral Case

The application process was well-structured. First, there was a video interview (about 30-45 minutes) with the HR manager, and in the second step, there was an in-person interview (about 60-90 minutes) with HR and the HR manager, including a case study.

The interviews started with a phone screen, followed by a technical interview and then a personality interview, making it three interviews in total. I passed the first two but didn't make it past the final one. I think they were looking for someone with high potential in interpersonal skills (customer service experience) and problem-solving abilities, not just an average candidate. The HR person was really nice, and the workplace itself felt friendly and family-like.

It was a pretty simple interview process. First, there was a phone call where they asked about my studies and interests. Then, I had an onsite interview with the HR team. This part focused more on my skills, past experiences, and why I'd be a good fit for the role.
