This was an easy interview process for the Account Manager position, with N+2 and N+1 rounds. It was a great experience. The questions were very simple, and there wasn't any roleplay, although I think there should have been. They really tried to understand my personality and are open to candidates with unconventional career paths.

After a few days, I received an invitation by mail. The interview was at the headquarters in Neckarsulm. The building is great and the employees were very friendly. After checking in at reception, I was picked up for the interview. Everything was very professional.
