I had a phone interview that was about an hour long, then I went in for a half-day onsite interview where I met with several different managers and HR. After that, I had lunch with the hiring manager and someone else offsite.

I had an on-site interview that lasted about 5 hours. First, I met with someone from HR to discuss the company and some general information. Then, I had a conversation with a senior engineer who was leading the interviews. It felt more like a chat than a formal interview, and we talked for about an hour about some general questions. After that, I met a newer engineer to learn about the company culture and ask them questions. Finally, the lead interviewer returned with two other engineers for a panel interview. We finished with a lunch meeting with the newer engineer I spoke with earlier. It was a pretty standard interview process, and I had plenty of chances to ask questions and see if it was a good fit for me.
