Very structured with questions about previous experiences and how you overcome difficult moments. Also asked about training and courses you attended. Very very very positive experience. The boss also stopped by and was very nice.

Behavioral Technical

I saw an ad for a Sales Associate at Bebe and applied in-store. After submitting my application, I was asked a few questions and invited for a second interview. For the second interview, I had to wait a bit because the manager was on lunch, but the staff was nice about it. We ended up interviewing outside. The manager asked a lot of questions about me, like why I wanted to work there over other places, how I stay updated on fashion, my thoughts on customer service, and my past retail work. It was pretty standard, and she was friendly. The main concern was my availability as a full-time student. She said she'd call by the next week about the job, but I never heard back.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was really quick and straightforward. I started with some basic questions about customer interaction and styling for events. Then I met the manager in person. After that, I had to fill out an application form right there outside the store and give it back. I got a call about 4 days later to schedule the interview, and I had it 3 days after that.
