Very structured with questions about previous experiences and how you overcome difficult moments. Also asked about training and courses you attended. Very very very positive experience. The boss also stopped by and was very nice.

Behavioral Presentation

I went into the store and asked to speak with a manager to get an application. They usually only give applications to people they are considering hiring, otherwise, they'll just tell you to apply online. I went back in person twice to follow up with management. It can take a couple of weeks for them to call you back because they're busy with other tasks. You need to be a little persistent. They called me about two weeks later for an in-person interview. I got the job offer within a few days after that. When you come in to apply, make sure you look professional and fashion-forward, with your hair and makeup done (bebe style).

Behavioral Case

I showed up dressed up in a printed pencil skirt, a white v-neck, and wedge boots, aiming for a dressy/businessy look. I think I was interviewed by the DM and SM, with the DM asking all the questions. I don't think I got the job because they weren't writing anything down and the interview felt rushed. They were doing interviews all day, but mine only lasted about 20 minutes and took place on a bench outside the store. I got the impression they didn't like me when they saw me and only interviewed me out of obligation. They didn't even mention getting back to me.

I was shopping and asked for an application, filled it out, and gave it to a manager. She asked about my availability and checked my resume for sales experience, as bebe apparently requires it. I was scheduled for an interview a few days later. I waited 15 minutes for the manager, who then asked about my past sales jobs and knowledge of fashion trends. She also inquired about handling competition and professionalism in a commission environment, and a time I demonstrated leadership. The interview felt professional. After that, she mentioned the manager would call. My references were checked, and I got a call back two days later for a background check. The in-store background check was quick, and they said they'd call with the results. After passing, I was called in a few days later for training, and I got the job.
