The interview process was straightforward, involving 3 interviews before an offer was extended. I had the opportunity to tour two different practice sites to observe the daily workflow. Communication with the recruiter was excellent; they were readily available to address all my queries and provided prompt responses.

Certified Nursing Assistant
first, a phone interview with basic questions about you and the nursing assistant job. then, a second phone interview or an in-person interview with more basic situational questions. it's nothing too hard, so just be yourself and be a little prepared!

Nurse Extern
I interviewed with three employees and charge nurses from different floors, and they ended up selecting 50 out of the 200 applicants. The interview itself was pretty easy, and the people I spoke with were easy to talk to. It was done virtually over audio only, with no video.
