First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Beatrice Loving Heart Agency.
Support Planner
This interview was very professional. I got there early and had to wait a bit. Four people in upper management were interviewing me at the same time. It lasted the full 30 minutes they said it would and they asked a variety of questions. All the questions were related to the job and gave me a sense of the personality and qualities they were looking for. They were kind of distant, like I was being interrogated more than interviewed. It took some effort to get them to smile. But, I kept a positive, bubbly attitude and smiled through the whole thing. They answered all my questions at the end.
- Can you tell me about your previous jobs or roles that have prepared you for this kind of position?

The interview process was good. It started with a survey, and then I had an in-person meeting with two people. The interview itself wasn't very long. About 7 days later, I got an email with a contingent offer. After completing a background check, I was scheduled for training.
- What makes you interested in this role?
Support Planner
It was pretty easy, actually. I had a Zoom call that was scheduled after they called me to set it up. During the call, they asked some questions that weren't too tough. The whole board of directors was on the call with me.
- Can you provide information about your experience?
- What are some things that make you angry?
