Community Support Specialist
So I applied online and then got this phone call where they asked me a few quick things to screen me and to set up an in person interview that was gonna be like a week later. The in person thing had two parts. First, they took me to the back to do a Google Form survey, and then I went back to the waiting room. I waited about 20-30 mins for the actual in person interview with two people. They just confirmed stuff I had already said on the phone and told me about the company. Then they asked me like 2 or 3 normal interview questions and that was it. They made me wait 30 mins for a 5 min interview!
- What motivates you to want to join this company?
Support Planner
This interview was very professional. I got there early and had to wait a bit. Four people in upper management were interviewing me at the same time. It lasted the full 30 minutes they said it would and they asked a variety of questions. All the questions were related to the job and gave me a sense of the personality and qualities they were looking for. They were kind of distant, like I was being interrogated more than interviewed. It took some effort to get them to smile. But, I kept a positive, bubbly attitude and smiled through the whole thing. They answered all my questions at the end.
- Can you tell me about your previous jobs or roles that have prepared you for this kind of position?
Case Management
I applied on Indeed and got a call the next day. They had me fill out an application and bring a copy, which was a red flag because it asked for my religious affiliation. When I got there for the 11:30 interview, I waited until almost noon. First, I watched a video and did a questionnaire that felt like a digital interview asking about my interests, experience, and major choice. Then, I was taken to a conference room, far from the interviewers who didn't greet me or make eye contact. They seemed to judge my experience, maybe because it was in sexual health, and I couldn't hear them well. The interview was only 5 minutes, and I never heard back.
- What makes your experience valuable?
- What led you to choose your major?
- What contributions do you believe you can make?
Case Manager
It was weird... they said to bring 5 copies of my resume, but when I got there, there was no interview. Instead, I was directed to a kiosk to answer more questions. Then, they called me and asked pretty much the same questions. After that, if you passed, you would get an interview. I was offered a position, but the whole process made me uncomfortable, so I passed.
- Have you been honest?
