There were 2 interview rounds and a case study. The first round was with an HR recruiter, then the second round was with two managers. Both were pretty easy and chill. Then for the case study, I had 1 hour to prepare it by myself, not like McKinsey or BCG where you work with the interviewer. Here, you had to solve it alone and then present it to the managers. It wasn't super hard to find solutions, but they expected you to know your stuff and be ready for anything, which is tricky for an internship since you probably don't have consulting experience and can't possibly have all the answers.

My interview experience with Bearingpoint was not great. I had to travel for a second and third round interview, and they didn't reimburse me for the travel expenses. After several rounds, I got a generic rejection email without any feedback. It felt like they used too many rounds (five in total) for an internship, and I didn't get any information about the salary, which made me unhappy.
