I went through two interviews. The first was with HR and the second with a Data Scientist. But the process could be better, waiting times between interviews are really long and follow-up isn't great. It's not the best experience for candidates.

Behavioral Technical

I had interviews for the role of Data Science Senior Consultant in Milan. It started with a quick phone call. Then, the first official step was a call with HR/talent acquisition where they asked me different questions about myself, my past projects, and situations where I encountered difficulties. They also asked a question in English. The second step was an in-person interview that required me to take a day off work. This interview was with the head of the department and was supposed to be technical, according to HR, but it was very similar to the HR call. Afterward, HR contacted me for feedback and mentioned that they would schedule the final technical interview within a few days to a week. However, it's been over 3 weeks, and they haven't contacted me since. Very unprofessional!!

Behavioral Technical Presentation

First thing was the online application, super easy, just needed to upload my CV and cover letter as a PDF. Then, a few weeks later, I had a standard phone interview. At the end of that call, they set up a face-to-face interview with the manager and a team member. It involved a basic presentation, we chatted about my past work, and then they hit me with some technical questions. The whole process wrapped up with an HR interview.

  • Can you explain the workings of the K-means algorithm?
