First, there's an in-person interview where you introduce yourself and answer questions about your resume, past experiences, and why you're applying. This is to see if you're a good fit for the team and company culture. Next, you'll do a case study. You'll get a business scenario or a specific problem to analyze and solve. The focus is on your analytical skills, structured thinking, and ability to present a solution under pressure. Finally, you'll have a conversation with a partner or senior manager. They'll further assess your suitability for the consulting firm, asking both technical and strategic questions to gauge your long-term motivation and fit with the company culture.
