Behavioral Technical Coding

This is a pretty standard process for consulting companies that hire new grads, similar to Revature or Antra. Beaconfire hires grads and has a process with two phone interviews and a technical interview, usually done by recruiters from overseas who have trouble with English. If you pass these, you get an opportunity for unpaid training for 6-8 weeks. After that, they teach you how to interview for clients with a fake resume, and you'll probably have to relocate somewhere in the US. These companies are common for new tech or bootcamp grads. At best, they offer a bad, unprofessional interview practice, and on average, they're just a waste of time. I wish I could get my time back.

Confirmed questions5 questions
  • Could you tell me about your previous experience in the tech field?
  • Which technology stacks have you worked with or are you familiar with?
  • What's your grasp on the fundamentals of JavaScript?
