Senior Software Engineer
I applied for a senior full-stack developer position focusing on Angular and Dotnet. The interview process took about a month and consisted of 5 rounds. It began with a screening call from the Talent Acquisition Group, followed by a Zoom call with the Sr. Engineering Manager. Next, there was a 1-hour technical round with a 2-person panel. The final round was an on-premise interview with the Sr. HR and Sr. Engineering Manager. This last round was postponed by a week, and the Sr. Engineering Manager wasn't present when it finally occurred. All interactions were pleasant and not stressful. They mentioned a decision would be made the following week, but I'm still waiting for the result and they've been unresponsive to my emails, leaving me feeling ghosted and not very hopeful.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What experience did you have working at previous companies?
- Tell me about your experience working at previous companies.
Software Engineer
It was a video pre-recorded interview for the first round. They gave me a question, 2 min to think about it, and 2 min to answer. The interface was easy and the whole thing took about 20 minutes. There were 4 questions in total.
- Regarding the rotational program, what makes you want to join?
- Can you share an instance where you took initiative without being asked?
- What's a passion of yours that demonstrates your work ethic?
Technical Lead
The interview process had some good points like a good technical evaluation and a challenging project, but also a lot of rounds: Initial Technical Screening, Technical Round, Technical Exercise (a week long), Behavioural Round, Psychometric Test, and HR Round. The package offered was low and they took too long to respond between rounds. The final round wasn't very professional, felt like the decision was already made.
