It's been two months since the four interviews, which included an on-site panel. I've tried contacting the recruiter three times with no luck. Honestly, this has been the most unprofessional interview process I've been through.

Technical Behavioral Coding

I applied for the R&D position online and after a few weeks, I got selected for the first round with the hiring manager, which was 30 minutes. Then, I got an email saying I moved to the next round. The interview was 2 hours long and was a technical and behavioral round. They asked me to write some queries and I did. After the final round, there was no response from the recruiter. It's been many days with no update. Finally, I got ghosted.

I had a phone screen with HR, then another phone screen with HR again. After that, I was scheduled for a technical phone screen with the hiring manager. The last one went for 40 minutes, a bit longer than the scheduled 30 mins. It was pretty stressful because he seemed in a rush and was trying to make me nervous, but I managed to stay calm and used the STAR method.
