There were 2 rounds for the interview. The first was with a member of the quality development program and the second was with the director of the program. Both interviews involved them asking me questions about my resume and some standard interview questions.

The interview process was pretty simple, with 3 rounds. It started with a phone screen to check my interest and skills. Then, I had a meeting with the hiring manager. The last step was a panel interview. While the process itself was very straightforward, I was disappointed that a senior engineer didn't know about a nationwide product recall because it wasn't in their market segment. This really showed me a lack of tact and care from the upper management conducting the hiring, especially since the role was in a state they weren't even based in.

First HR will contact you and will ask your basic details such as current company , current Annual Salary. Then HR will arrange Technical Round. Then Technical Round will be taken by panel of at least 2 members. After Technical round if you have cleared it then there will be a managerial round and at last there will be salary discussion with HR.
