Behavioral Technical

There were about 5 to 6 rounds in total. About 3 to 4 of them were technical, and the rest were administrative and HR. This is a very competitive role, and the interviews are tough. I'd suggest researching business development and the specific job responsibilities beforehand.

Behavioral Technical Group Presentation

This hiring process was absolutely horrendous. The hiring manager seemed unsure of who they wanted to hire. I was brought in for a panel interview and it felt like everyone on the panel had issues with each other, creating a really toxic and awkward vibe. To top it off, after nearly a month, I still hadn't heard back, even after 3 rounds of interviews. Reaching out to HR resulted in being ghosted. Truly a horrendous experience.

Behavioral

The first round was a phone interview with HR. They asked basic behavioral questions like why I chose the company and if I had experience with BD's products. The interview was conducted in both the local language and English. They also asked about school, coursework, and classmates. The HR team was professional and friendly.
