Technical Behavioral

The interview process was straightforward and well-put-together. They asked questions that were both technical and behavioral, which felt like a fair way to assess candidates. The interviewers did a good job of explaining what they were looking for and shared useful info about the job and the company. It was a structured and interesting interview. The questions were on point, the interviewers were professional, and they were clear about expectations, the team vibe, and what the job entails, all in an open and respectful way.

Technical Case

BCA’s interview process is super organized and structured, showing their strong reputation. Everything feels meticulous and carefully designed, reflecting their professionalism. However, it got disappointing toward the end. I did the Legal Test, right before the medical check-up, and got rejected over a month later. It was confusing because someone who tested two weeks after me heard back way sooner. I had to put other offers on hold for BCA. When I finally got the rejection, I asked for feedback on the Legal Test to learn and improve, not to argue. But the reply was generic and automated, felt impersonal. Rejection is normal, but my issue is the lack of consideration for candidates’ time and effort. Their process is long and demanding – we put in so much time, energy, money, and mental focus. Waiting over a month with no update, then a short automated rejection, doesn't match the professionalism shown earlier. I still respect BCA and their excellent selection system, but I hope they improve communication and responsiveness, especially for final-stage candidates.

Behavioral

I recently had an online HR interview for this role that was about an hour long. I ended up waiting in the Teams lobby for about 10-15 minutes before it started, which was probably because the last interview ran late. I saw another candidate join the lobby just 10 minutes before mine finished. The interview itself felt okay. They asked questions mainly about my motivation and if I'd fit in behaviourally. It did feel a bit like an interrogation sometimes though, as the interviewer didn't really engage or ask follow-up questions, making it feel less like a chat and more like an assessment.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was a positive experience. The recruiter was very friendly, polite, and direct with their questions. I was asked about my motivation for choosing this company, my career goals, and my relevant experience in organizations. HR also inquired about my strategies for dealing with conflict and stress, to which I responded with specific examples from my internships and campus involvement. Following this, there was a background check.
