I had a quick 10-minute phone chat covering my skills and experience. Then, a few days later, I came in for an in-person interview. Two people interviewed me and asked a lot of in-depth hypothetical questions about how I'd handle various tasks and situations. They were friendly, asked about my personal life too, and it felt like I had the job secured.
