The interview process was intense and really disappointing. In just one week, I went through 7 interviews with different team members. It felt like nobody knew what position they were interviewing me for and they weren't sure what questions to ask. Everyone was nice, but the process showed the Singapore agency was disorganized and cared more about personality than actual work quality. After 7 interviews back to back, it took a whole month for a follow-up, which was super unprofessional.

I spoke with the head of hiring for account executives in a 30-minute chat. Then I met with two account managers and one account director. I got an offer, but then it was rescinded the next day because they ran out of money. I had another interview with two different account managers for other teams. After 10 days of no contact and many calls, they told me I wasn't a good fit for the role.
