Social Media Manager
The job responsibilities might seem like a lot, but they're totally doable for someone who gets the role, knows what's expected, and can handle different work scenarios. To do well here, you need to be great at multitasking so you can juggle everything, stay productive, and hit deadlines. If you approach it right and organize yourself, managing the workload is smooth and feels good.
- Can you tell me about a challenging situation you encountered at work and how you handled it?
Account Manager
I went through 3 out of 4 interview rounds. The final stage involved completing a task and then presenting it in person at the office. After a few weeks without hearing back, and with another job offer on the table, I followed up multiple times with both the interviewers and the recruiter who supported me through the process. Unfortunately, I was ghosted by everyone involved. It felt really unprofessional given the significant time I invested, and I deserved at least a notification about whether I was successful or not.
- Given the case study, who from the client's team would you inform, and who would you bring to the 30-minute Q+A call with the Global Marketing Director and Global Brand Manager, along with colleagues from Procurement, Medical, Regulatory, Sales and Digital?
- Prepare 5 questions you would like to ask the client and be ready to explain your reasoning for asking them.
- After the client presentation, what will be the next steps?
Client Director
I had 3 interviews with different people: Client Management, Creative Director, and Strategy Lead. They asked me to talk about my past creative projects, detailing the creation process, my contribution, and the outcomes. We also discussed my leadership abilities and how I work with others. Additionally, I was asked to share my thoughts on brands I find inspiring and why.
- Can you tell me about a challenging client situation you've encountered?
Scheme
I applied online, and the initial stage involved answering a few quick questions and doing an analysis of a visual. Then I had my first interview at the Soho office. I talked with two different people for about 30 minutes each. The conversations were friendly and felt like a good discussion. The final stage is an assessment day. First, all 15-20 candidates have to give a 3-minute presentation on any topic. After that, we were divided into groups of 4, given a brief, and had to present our response back to everyone else for about 10 minutes. It was a really welcoming atmosphere, and the interviewers were great throughout.
