I applied online for a Dallas-based role and got a call from HR for a ~30-minute phone interview. They said they'd reach out if they wanted to move forward. The next day, I got an email to schedule another phone interview with a team member. After that call, I was invited for an in-person interview, which consisted of three back-to-back interviews with different team members. The discussions were pretty light and focused on my career goals and future aspirations.

The interview process for this role seems to be geared towards interns, with salary expectations being quite low (around 25k-30k). The hiring team, especially those working with AT&T, can be a bit exclusive. They often tend to hire interns from their specific region or candidates who are willing to accept the lower salary.

I was recommended by someone who works there. Had a phone interview first, then an in-person one. I talked to HR, and then later with the whole account team. They asked me stuff about my personality and how I'd handle conflict. Most people there dress business casual, but they might wear suits for big client meetings. The newer people really try to dress well. People in jobs like mail room or production dress more casually.
