I feel like the process is pretty simple — if they have you come in for an interview, it means they already dig your work. The interview is just their way of seeing if they vibe with your personality.

It was a good interview process. It moved pretty fast considering the tough job market right now. I did have one call where only one of the two interviewers showed up, which was a bummer because I was hoping to speak with both. I wasn't told beforehand that the second person had a scheduling conflict. Honestly, I don't think it ended up affecting the outcome.

The interview for this position was done online via Zoom because of the pandemic. It seemed like they were looking for reasons for you to fail rather than to give you a chance. They cut my interview short after I made a small mistake, and I didn't get a second chance. It's a tough industry where employees are easily replaced. Even though it was an intern position, they expected a lot of knowledge for the first interview. It felt like they wanted an experienced associate but were only willing to pay an intern's salary. Be careful.

I was recommended by someone who works there. Had a phone interview first, then an in-person one. I talked to HR, and then later with the whole account team. They asked me stuff about my personality and how I'd handle conflict. Most people there dress business casual, but they might wear suits for big client meetings. The newer people really try to dress well. People in jobs like mail room or production dress more casually.
