The interview process involved great communication and feedback. It felt like a conversation for them to get to know you. They were very professional and gave feedback after asking. Overall, despite not getting the position, I had a good experience.

It was a pretty standard interview process. I went in, they asked me some questions, I answered them. After that, they told me the interview was finished, and I left. That was basically the whole thing.

Behavioral Presentation

Applied online and got past the recruiter screener. Then had in-person interviews at their office on separate occasions, but then got ghosted. For the second in-person interview, I had to prep a presentation. After giving it, they said we'd move to 'part 2' of the presentation, which I had no clue about. Apparently HR didn't brief me properly. They gave me 10 mins to prep and deliver it. I was pretty upset but did it. After that, more team members joined so I could learn about the team. One person was friendly and informative, another kept checking her manicure and peeling polish, which was distracting and rude. I kept going. Afterwards, I was walked out by two people I'd work with closely. Post-interview, I had to send part 2 of my presentation to HR, which I did right away. Never got a reply, followed up, nothing. Even followed up with team members, still no response. I understand if it doesn't work out, but this is bad applicant treatment, especially after getting so far. BBC is a big name, but that doesn't excuse wasting people's time so rudely. We take time off work for interviews and personal time for free work. I dislike giving them my ideas and presentation for them to potentially use, without even an automated rejection.
