Behavioral Technical

I recently went through the interview process for a BBC Apprenticeship, and it was both tough and encouraging. The interview had a mix of competency-based and scenario questions designed to check my technical skills and soft skills. The interviewers were nice and gave me clear information about the job and the company culture, which helped me relax. All in all, it was a tough but fair process that made me more excited about the idea of working at the BBC.
