The interview process was pretty laid back. It was held in a new building and the atmosphere was energetic. They asked me what I expected about working for a bank and if being busy and needing to work overtime was an issue.

Behavioral Technical

I had an initial phone interview with HR where they asked basic questions about me, my interest in banking, and some behavioral questions that weren't too hard. Then, I was called back for an in-person interview in Winston. I interviewed with two different team leaders, each for about an hour. They asked all sorts of questions, mostly situational/behavioral that required detailed answers. It felt pretty standard and straightforward, nothing unexpected.

Case Behavioral

We did an on campus interview first, then a final round at their headquarters. This was for the leadership development program. The final round had a dinner event the night before the interviews. The interview consisted of several one-on-ones and a mini case interview. It wasn't as hard as a consulting case interview and was more open ended.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Tell me about your thoughts on expanding into Texas as part of a mini case.
