Call Center Representative
When BB&T posts job openings, it's not always for an immediate position. Often, they're building a talent pool for future needs, which might mean waiting months after applying before an interview. The first step is a phone interview where they'll ask about your skills relevant to the role. If that goes well, you'll get an online mock call to complete. Pass that, and you'll be invited for the final in-person interview.
- How would you describe your proficiency in the key duties of this role?
- Can you describe a time you had to be very persuasive?
- How do you handle difficult situations or criticism?
Customer Service Representative
It was a really laid-back and personal interview. My supervisor seemed genuinely curious about me and what I like. They mostly asked why I wanted this job and about my past jobs. I hadn't worked in call centers before, but I had plenty of customer service and retail experience. They're mostly after people with direct experience, but if you can connect your past work to this job, I think you've got a good chance.
- What makes you want to apply for this role?
- What are your interests and why are you applying for this position?
Customer Service Representative
It was easy and a breeze i enjoyed speaking with the interview lady she was very informational about the position and helped with explaining everything about the position. She informed me that she would give me a call back in a few weeks to let me know thr status of the job
