The interview process for my specific position was extensive and included a significant vetting process. The first interview included an office staff member and human resources member. The second interview involved numerous members of the office staff. A third interview incorporated my direct supervisor and was only after a significant period of waiting. Overall, the process was pleasant and everyone was very helpful.
