The interview was a full day. I was flown out to Columbus, OH and gave a 45 min presentation. Everyone was extremely professional.

Research Scientist
The hiring process began with a phone interview with three people from the company. After that, they flew me out for an on-site interview. This included meeting with potential bosses and co-workers, a tour of the lab, and lunch. Everyone I spoke with was really positive, and overall, it was a great experience. The work seemed very interesting, and they were clear about what they expected and the role I would have.
- Could you share details about your past projects and experience?
- What is your professional background?
Senior Research Scientist
I talked to about 8 people over the phone. They didn't do a reference check. Then I came in for a day. They took me to dinner, and the hiring manager didn't even introduce himself!
