I had two interviews that were very respectful and went well, though I didn't get the job. The first was a phone call with HR, and the second was on Teams with three of the mechanical engineers.

I applied online and then a recruiter emailed me to set up a call. But on the interview day, she forgot about me, so I had to email her to remind her. We had to reschedule for the next week. During the actual interview, the recruiter sounded really bored and uninterested. She didn't engage with my answers and asked questions about things I'd already discussed in detail, showing she wasn't listening. The recruiter was very rude and unprofessional, which I think says a lot about the company. I've never met a recruiter this unfriendly before, and this interview was quite shocking. I would NOT recommend this company.

It was pretty standard, mostly talking about teamwork strategies, how you work through a problem, and what's important to you. They really seemed to want to see how you'd fit in and work on their team. A lot of it was about past work experience and how that could help the company, not much about school.
