Case Presentation

They offered an informal prep session before diving into case studies during the interview. The interviewers were friendly and competent. It seemed like a lot of work, but I didn't feel overly nervous. However, I didn't get a second interview, so maybe my perception was off.

Behavioral Case Technical

Super easy interview process. It kicked off with a behavioral screener, then we went into the case interview, and after that, there were a bunch more behavioral interviews. The case interview itself was pretty straightforward, just needed to make sure the math was correct and that I brushed up on basic economics like supply and demand. I actually appreciated having so many behavioral interviews, even though it was a bit draining, because it was a cool way to hear from a lot of different people about their experiences at Bates White. From what I gathered, the culture there seems really collaborative and unique, with a strong emphasis on mentorship and helping people grow personally.
